The chair won

Avery had an incident with a mini adirondack chair at Barnes and Noble today. She was within arms reach of Bailey and I so it couldn't have been that bad. Right?

Luckily, the insane amount of swelling went down and there is only a red mark left. I took some pictures to send to Nick and Avery made some cute faces.

So I will publicly shame myself just so I can show off Avery's faces and crazy hair

Red heads

I already posted this on Facebook but my Dad doesn't do Facebook. Neither does one other person that I know reads this thing.

I have 2 red heads when the sun is shining.

Naughty positions.

The physical therapist has declared 2 positions harmful to Avery's development. Position #1 is the "beach pose" lying in her right side. The left side is fine though.

Position #2 is "W sitting" which I recall was prohibited when my sister was little.

Overall, Avery is doing fantastic in Physical Therapy and we are able to reduce her sessions to twice a month.

We are still stretching her neck, but her gross motor skills have caught up with the exception of her left arm/shoulder.

Here is an old picture I came across this morning.  Bailey was all dressed up for my cousin's wedding.  What a cutie! 

April Fools Prank

I just found out that there was an amazing April Fools prank played on Western New York yesterday.  I heard some Facebook chatter about how they are building a Delta Sonic here in Amherst.  I was SO going to drive by and check it out myself today. 

Today I found out it was a prank. 

I will credit "Shyguy" Shawn from the local KISS FM radio station for a great prank.  I don't listen to that station so I heard about it all second hand.  If I were his friend on Facebook, I would have shared and liked the crap out of his picture. 

I will have to get my tots next time I am out of town.

Another parent posted this picture on Facebook.  It is a photo of Bailey and some friends from basketball.  I think it is when they won the championship.  This picture strikes me funny.

The little sister posing the front. . . the yellow scooter vehicle thing. . . the kids all excited over the scooter. . . grandpa suiting up for a ride. . . .

I think it's a nice picture of Bailey.  Thanks for that parent for taking the picture and posting it on Facebook and tagging someone I know.
